This program is to deliver foundational leadership knowledge and best practices applicable to developing effective leadership skills. This encompasses acting as a role model in establishing the PRIDE work culture, communicating effectively during public presentations, and providing coaching and motivation to the team.

To develop effective leadership skills, covering the PRIDE work culture, public speaking, and team coaching/motivation.
Target Participants
This program is specifically designed for Supervisors, Assistant Managers, and Managers.
Graduation Requirements
Full attendance and active participation in all five training series to receive a Certificate of Completion from Alfaland Group.
